Dear guest, friends and followers. Our second season is going to end and we are proud that we had so many wonderful guest. Despite the extraordinary success we had we had little direct bookings. This cash payment bookings lead to the following problems.
The problem as a guest is mainly that you can not be safe about the dates.
People book and not appear but block the dates for other guests
You pay way too much - we offer min. 15% discount if you book
We as host face the following problem:
Paying commission to platforms - this is why we have to raise the price
No chance to pay service upfront like entrance to the island - nobody knows if guest show up and paying money upfront is to risky

You safe up to 33% of the price - Min. 15% compared to the platform prices
Entrance to the island will be payed prior your arrival and your license plate is registered during the whole stay - just drive in and out and do not bother
Drinking water 6 Liter will be supplied
