Everybody is a good guest

Long time no read from us. We were really occupied by working. Till today we made a whole new set up of the out- and inside of our cottage. Our first guest taught us an very important lesson which we immediately put in practice. Since our slogan is naturally yours we projected our standard of lifestyle to our guests which was not appropriate. With the first rating came the first shock took place like a storm on Ada. An old Buddhist teaching says “every struggle you face is just an opportunity to practice the way”. Our way is to make it an perfect stay for you. That’s why we really appreciate to have had the first guest being our biggest challenge. Our air-conditioning was not repaired in time and through I did clean the house myself after my standards we've faced (quote from our guests) “unhappy campers”. We immediately took measures and invested in a more expensive and therefore faster installed inverter klima, not taking it the cheap way. Second measure was to take a reaaaaally professional cleaning service to not be exposed to the blind spot we all possess, meaning applying our mindset to our environment. All this led us to an outstanding feedback.
